Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD invites an accomplished IT Project Manager to lead enterprise cloud and technology projects in the Financial Institutions/Banking domain in Singapore. You will oversee end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring scope, timelines, budget, and quality.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams of 10+ members and external vendors, engage stakeholders, manage risks, and ensure compliance with technology risk, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT project management experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong experience in Cloud migrations and technology transformation.
• Experience in Financial Institutions / Banking / Financial Services is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage teams of 10+ and multiple vendors.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• PM/PRINCE2/Agile certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-level cloud and technology projects within the FI / Banking domain.
• Manage multiple project workstreams, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams of 10+ members, including internal technology teams and external vendors.
• Manage multiple vendors and technology partners, coordinating deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and escalations.
• Engage business stakeholders, technology teams, senior management, and vendors to drive successful project delivery.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, changes, and governance reporting.
• Ensure projects comply with relevant technology risk, cybersecurity, regulatory, and governance requirements.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
