Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager in Singapore to lead enterprise-wide testing across banking transformation programmes. You will own the end-to-end test lifecycle, including strategy, governance, planning, execution, defect management, readiness assessment, cutover support and production validation across multiple workstreams.

You will coordinate business, operations, technology and vendor teams to ensure solutions are delivered with quality, stability and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering banking technology projects.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise-wide testing across multiple teams.
• PMP/PRINCE2/ISTQB or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage programme-wide test strategy and governance.
• Lead SIT, E2E, UAT, data migration and performance testing.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors for quality gates.
• Oversee data migration validation and production readiness.
• Provide status reports to governance boards.
