Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead bank-wide cutover planning and execution for complex banking transformation programmes. The role coordinates business, operations, technology and vendor teams, ensuring a controlled production transition with minimal disruption.

You will establish a Cutover Command Centre, govern go/no-go decisions, run rehearsals and go-live activities, and drive cutover readiness across multiple workstreams, applications and data interfaces.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of banking technology delivery experience.
• Proven experience developing and executing cutover runbooks for complex migrations.
• Demonstrated experience establishing and operating Cutover Command Centres for large go-live events.
• Strong experience in cutover readiness planning and operational readiness assessments.
• Experience with Core Banking, Payments, Treasury, or Digital Banking transformations.
• Strong stakeholder management, risk management and governance capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the integrated cutover strategy, runbook and execution plan.
• Define cutover tasks, sequencing, dependencies and contingency plans.
• Coordinate deployments, data migration, reconciliation and production readiness across all workstreams.
• Lead cutover readiness assessments and dress rehearsals for go-live.
• Establish and lead the Cutover Command Centre and manage war-room operations.
• Govern go/no-go decisions and post go-live handover activities.
