Job summary

EY in Singapore is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of banking applications and interfaces across complex transformation programmes. The role coordinates business, operations, architecture, application, infrastructure, testing and vendors to deliver secure, scalable solutions that connect core banking platforms and digital channels.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional teams and vendors across a full project lifecycle.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with business and technology.
• Hands-on experience gathering requirements, designing interfaces and deploying integrations.

Responsibilities

• Manage application and interface delivery from requirements through deployment and transition to BAU support.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans covering scope, schedule, resources, budget, milestones and risks.
• Lead requirements and design workshops with business, operations, technology and vendor stakeholders.
• Oversee design and delivery of APIs, real-time and event-driven integrations, message-based interfaces and data feeds.
• Govern interface specifications, data mappings, transformation rules and reconciliation controls.
• Coordinate delivery across upstream and downstream applications and third-party providers.
• Lead SIT, end-to-end testing, UAT and production readiness activities.
• Manage implementation, release and cutover activities with monitoring and support procedures.
• Provide clear reporting on delivery status, risks, issues and mitigations to governance forums.
