Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead bank-wide cutover planning and execution for complex banking transformations. You will govern end-to-end cutover strategy, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive go-live with minimal disruption.

The role requires deep experience in cutover readiness, runbooks, and command-centre operations across multiple platforms, with strong governance and risk management. PMP/PRINCE2/AGILE preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of banking technology delivery experience with cutover leadership.
• Proven ability to develop runbooks for complex migrations.
• Experience establishing Cutover Command Centres for go-live events.
• Experience with data migration, production verification and governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated cutover strategy and runbook.
• Define cutover tasks, sequencing, dependencies and exit criteria.
• Coordinate deployment, data migration and readiness across workstreams.
• Lead Cutover Command Centre and war-room operations.
• Govern go/no-go decisions and post-go-live handover.
• Monitor risks and escalate to programme leadership.
