We are seeking a Business Development Executive / Senior Executive / Assistant Manager who enjoys meeting people, developing business opportunities and building long-term client relationships.

You will identify new opportunities, engage with business owners, HR professionals and decision-makers, and turn opportunities into sustainable partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Account Management, Partnerships or Client Servicing.
• Comfortable reaching out to new prospects and building relationships from the ground up.
• Confident and professional communication with owners and decision-makers.
• Enjoy understanding client needs and recommending suitable solutions.
• Commercially minded with measurable results.
• Proactive with own pipeline and follow-ups.
• Able to work independently while collaborating with teams.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship-management skills.
• Organised and able to manage multiple opportunities at different stages.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential client partnerships.
• Reach out to prospective clients through networking, referrals and outreach.
• Meet business owners, HR professionals, hiring managers and decision-makers to understand their manpower and business needs.
• Present suitable solutions based on each client's requirements.
• Manage the business development process from initial introduction and discussion through proposal, negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and partnerships.
• Work closely with our recruitment, marketing and operations teams to ensure client requirements are properly supported.
• Maintain an active pipeline of prospective clients and business opportunities.
• Follow up consistently and take ownership of opportunities until there is a clear outcome.
