Job summary

Univero Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to expand our market presence in Southeast Asia, South Asia, and/or the Middle East. The role focuses on B2B sales of plastics, resins, and related materials across Asia-Pacific.

You will develop new opportunities, nurture client relationships, and collaborate with logistics and procurement teams to ensure timely service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales in the polymer or chemical industry, with a strong focus on the Asia-Pacific region.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in one or more Asian languages is a strong plus.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel frequently across Asia.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships in Asia market aligned with corporate objectives.
• Drive B2B sales of plastic resins (virgin, off grade & reprocessed), and other related materials.
• Identify market trends and customer needs to develop strategic sales plans.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
• Collaborate with logistics and procurement teams to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Prepare monthly sales reports and forecasts for management.
