Job summary

Recruit Haus Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned APAC Sales/BD professional to drive growth in the pharmaceutical packaging sector from Singapore. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, expanding existing accounts, and building long-term partnerships across the region.

You will develop regional strategies, manage pipelines, forecast revenue, and collaborate with internal teams, distributors, and global counterparts to ensure successful project execution. Travel across Asia Pacific is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, LifeSciences, Engineering or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5–10 years (senior) APAC sales/business development experience, preferably in pharmaceutical packaging.
• Good technical understanding of pharmaceutical packaging equipment.
• Proven sales track record and active industry network.
• Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a multicultural environment.
• Fluency in English; Chinese or other Asian languages are advantageous.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Asia Pacific.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth across the APAC region by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts; develop long-term partnerships in pharmaceutical packaging.
• Develop and execute regional sales and business development strategies aligned with growth objectives.
• Manage sales pipelines, revenue forecasting, pricing strategies and sales performance targets.
• Provide technical-commercial support to customers, including machine trials and issue resolution for blister packaging equipment and primary packaging.
• Collaborate with internal teams, distributors, agents and global sales counterparts to ensure effective support.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to maximize satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare forecasts and budgets; report performance to senior management.
• Represent the company at trade shows, customer meetings and industry events; pursue new opportunities.
• Support strategic initiatives and undertake special projects as assigned.
