Job summary

Mitsubishi Chemical Group APAC in Singapore is seeking a Sales & Marketing professional to support development and implementation of strategies, coordinate promotional activities, analyze market trends, and assist in managing the sales and marketing team to drive revenue growth and achieve organisational goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales & marketing at Senior Executive level; 3-5 years for Specialist roles.
• Sales experience in engineering plastics products preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to plan marketing campaigns and manage teams.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers, especially Japanese VIPs, for engineering plastics products.
• Negotiate price, delivery, and handle claims with HQ and group affiliates.
• Create sales targets and action plans with HQ Japan and company policy.
• Manage budgets and action plans to support supervisors and achieve budgets.
