Job summary

Klook is a leading Asia Pacific experiences platform seeking a Senior Associate, User Operations in Singapore. You will own loyalty awareness across channels, manage CRM campaigns, and collaborate with product and engineering to coordinate data and audience attributes.

You will monitor campaigns, support A/B testing, and help drive engagement and retention through data-driven improvements. Fluent English and Chinese are required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Program Management, Marketing Operations, or Loyalty/D CRM fields.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage timelines and multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; comfortable with data and reporting; SQL a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own loyalty awareness execution across in-app and CRM channels, based on plans and priorities.
• Manage CRM execution including campaign setup, audience targeting, deployment, and QA.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to align in-app placements, data feeds, and event tracking; monitor performance.
