Ambition Singapore seeks an experienced loyalty product specialist to lead AP region initiatives. You will act as SME for Loyalty products, design solutions for new client opportunities, and articulate both commercial and technical aspects.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client implementations, build scalable delivery approaches, manage projects through all life cycle stages, and generate insights for portfolio performance to drive merchant engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in related field.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in payments, banking or payment processing with product management, pre-sales and solutioning roles.
• Experience managing regional stakeholders and multi-vendor environments.

Responsabilités

• Act as SME for Loyalty products and solutions for the AP region.
• Design loyalty solutions for new client opportunities and articulate solutions at commercial and technical levels.
• Collaborate with teams to solution for client implementations in AP region and on solution development, platform improvements and issue resolution.
• Build a repeatable and scalable delivery approach to customer engagement solutions.
• Manage, deliver, and track projects through each phase of the project life cycle with oversight.
• Generate reports for clients and work with Consulting and Analytics to generate portfolio insights.
• Oversee contract processes with clients and vendors, manage administration of Statements of Work and Purchase Requisitions, coordinate with Finance and Billing.
