• Strong diagnostic abilities in mechanical/electrical troubleshooting, wire bonding, or die attach process technology.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools, CAD software, or automated test platforms is advantageous.
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
