Job summary

ADECCO Personnel Pte Ltd is partnering with a leading global semiconductor foundry in Singapore to hire a capable engineer. The role centers on day-to-day monitoring, ownership of inline SPC/defect/equipment abnormalities, and ensuring smooth lot handling to sustain production quality.

You will collaborate with production lines and process engineers to balance tool availability, troubleshoot equipment, and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or physics related field.
• Experience in semiconductor foundry module process is required (2+ years).
• Strong understanding of process development, optimization and troubleshooting.
• Experience with SPC, 8D reporting, DOE, FMEA and PMO is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inline SPC/defect/equipment abnormalities and address lot handling.
• Maintain equipment capability to meet production demand.
• Collaborate with production line and process engineers to balance tool availability, troubleshoot and schedule maintenance.
• Engage in equipment troubleshooting and production quality improvements.
• Evaluate new equipment/materials and retrofits of equipment for better efficiency and production quality.

Job description

The Opportunity:

You will be joining a leading global semiconductor foundry, providing advanced IC manufacturing and specialty technology solutions to customers.

The Job:

• Day to Day monitoring and ownership to timely address in-line SPC/defect/Equipment abnormality and lot handling
• Maintain Equipment capability for production and meet production demand
• Engage with Production line and Process Engineers to balance tool availability for production, troubleshooting and scheduled maintenance
• Engage in Equipment troubleshooting and production quality improvement.
• Evaluation of new equipment/materials and retrofits of Equipment for better efficiency / production quality

The Talent:

• Minimum requirement of a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering , Electrical Electronic Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering and Physics
• Demonstrated experience of at least 2 years in semiconductor foundry module process
• 22/28 nanometer and below advance technology nodes experience is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of process development, optimization and troubleshooting.
• Proven leadership skills in leading cross-functional teams and managing projects related to process improvement or technology transfer
• Ability to analyze complex process issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
• Experience skills including SPC, 8D reporting, DOE, FMEA and PMO is preferred
