Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Electronics Engineering.
2–4 years of hands-on experience in the semiconductor, capital equipment, or high-tech manufacturing industry.
Strong diagnostic abilities in mechanical/electrical troubleshooting, wire bonding, or die attach process technology.
Familiarity with data analysis tools, CAD software, or automated test platforms is advantageous.
Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Execute performance evaluations, design validation testing, and equipment characterization on advanced assembly systems.
Collaborate with R&D, process development, and field support teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues and refine system performance.
Prepare detailed technical documentation, evaluation reports, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in site acceptance testing (SAT), factory acceptance testing (FAT), and customer evaluation setups.
Provide technical feedback to product development teams to drive design-for-manufacturability and serviceability improvements.
