Job summary

UNISEARCH SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Semiconductor Equipment Tester to support production testing and quality checks on vacuum test systems.

You will follow work procedures, align components, run tests, and document results to ensure equipment performance meets specifications. You will collaborate with senior testers and engineers to troubleshoot issues, drive process improvements, and contribute to documentation, checklists, and configuration records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year relevant working experience in semiconductor equipment build and testing.
• Proficiency in vacuum test equipment operation, data analysis, and troubleshooting components.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to drive process improvements.
• Experience operating a CMM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• 1) Mechanical component alignment and fine tuning.
• 2) Implement customer-provided setup protocols and test procedures for manufacturing equipment.
• 3) Execute testing processes to ensure equipment functionality, performance and adherence to specifications with senior testers.
• 4) Review test results with senior testers and customers to identify anomalies or issues.
• 5) Technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, collaborating with Engineering to improve reliability.
• 6) Document and reporting of testing procedures, results, and configurations.
• 7) Participate in process improvement for manufacturing and testing.

Job Description Summary

Equipment testing according to work procedures, ensuring equipment functionality, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high levelifquality in production of semiconductor equipment.

Key responsibilities

• 1) Mechanical component alignment and fine tuning
• 2) Implement customer-provided setup protocols and test procedures for manufacturing equipment
• 3) Execute testing processes to ensure equipment functionality, performance and adherence to specifications together with senior testers.
• 4) Review test results with senior testers and customers to identify anomalies, defects, or equipment performance issues
• 5) Technical troubleshooting
  • Troubleshot component malfunctions, identify and report root causes, implement remedy actions.
  • Collaborate with Engineering team to resolve technical issues and improve equipment reliability.
• 6) Document and Reporting
  • Maintain accurate documentation of testing procedures, test results, checklists and equipment configurations.
• 7) Process Improvement
  • Participate actively in process improvement for manufacturing and testing

Qualification and traits desired

• Minimum 1 year relevant working experience in semiconductor equipment build and testing.
• Proficiency in vacuumtest equipment operation, data analysis, and technical troubleshooting of components.
