You will support corporate functions and coordinate office renovation and relocation projects with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and partner agencies to ensure operational efficiency and business continuity. Salary ranges from SGD 4,500 to SGD 5,200 per month, with standard Mon–Fri office hours.
As a Senior Associate, Corporate Operations, you will support the smooth running of corporate functions while playing a key role in coordinating office renovation and relocation projects. You will work with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and partner agencies to ensure operational efficiency and business continuity.
Salary: $4,500 – $5,200 per month

Working Days: Mon – Fri (Office Hours)
Coordinate and support office renovation, fit-out, and workplace relocation projects from planning through implementation.
Liaise with internal teams, contractors, building management, service providers, and vendors to facilitate project delivery and resolve operational issues.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, documentation, and administrative requirements to ensure proper governance and compliance.
Support office move activities, including workspace setup, logistics planning, and coordination of equipment and asset transfers.
Conduct office readiness checks and coordinate follow-up actions to address post-move issues and support business continuity.
Provide operational and administrative support across corporate functions such as procurement, finance administration, HR coordination, IT support, and records management.
Maintain corporate records, documentation, and knowledge management resources in accordance with organizational requirements.
Work closely with stakeholders to facilitate corporate processes and ensure timely completion of operational tasks and deliverables.
Assist in the planning and execution of organizational events, initiatives, and special projects as required.
Min 2 years Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Corporate Services, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
Experience in corporate operations, office administration, facilities management, procurement, finance support, or related functions.
Prior exposure to workplace renovation, office fit-out, relocation, or facilities-related projects would be advantageous.
Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, vendors, and service providers across concurrent projects and operational activities.
Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively.
Familiarity with public sector governance, administrative processes, or compliance requirements will be an added advantage.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Able to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a collaborative team environment.
