Office Administrator / Human Resources

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive, organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator / Human Resources professional to support day-to-day office operations and administrative functions.
The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring smooth office management, vendor coordination, facilities support and general administrative operations, while providing HR and administrative assistance to the local team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate office relocation, office moves and workspace arrangements.
- Manage vendor onboarding, setup, contracts and ongoing vendor relationships.
- Act as the primary point of contact for facilities-related matters, including maintenance, office supplies and workplace services.
- Handle general office administration, including document management, asset tracking and operational coordination.
- Provide administrative support for local business and HR-related activities as required.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure timely resolution of operational matters.
- Maintain a safe, organised and efficient office environment.
- Assist with the coordination of meetings, company events and other office activities.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding administrative processes.
- Maintain and update relevant HR and employee records.
- Assist with general HR administration and documentation as required.
- Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Office Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration, HR administration, facilities management, workplace services or operations support.
- Experience in vendor management and office facilities coordination is preferred.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
