Job summary

Changi Airports International Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Senior Associate for Airside Workplace & Engagement. You will help shape the airside community by driving initiatives that enhance workers' well-being, strengthen workplace culture, and support workforce transformation.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with preferably 3 years of experience.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven track record in planning, developing, and implementing initiatives, programmes, or projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at different levels.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines, and priorities concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement initiatives that improve the airside work environment, foster a positive workplace culture, and support workforce development across the airport community.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, airport partners and unions to drive well-being initiatives and workforce transformation across the airside community.

Working closely with internal stakeholders, airport partners and unions, you will develop and implement initiatives that improve the airside work environment, foster a positive workplace culture, and support workforce development across the airport community. Through these efforts, you will help make the airside workplace an attractive and rewarding place to work for the thousands of people who keep the airport operating safely and efficiently every day.

Requirements:
