Job summary

Changi Airports International Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Senior Associate for Airside Workplace & Engagement. You will help shape the airside community by driving initiatives that enhance workers' well-being, strengthen workplace culture, and support workforce transformation.

You will work with internal stakeholders, airport partners and unions to develop and implement programs that foster a positive airside environment and attract talented teams to keep the airport running safely and

Qualifications

Degree holder with preferably 3 years of experience.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Proven track record in planning, developing, and implementing initiatives, programmes, or projects involving multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at different levels.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines, and priorities concurrently.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement initiatives that improve the airside work environment, foster a positive workplace culture, and support workforce development across the airport community.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, airport partners and unions to drive well-being initiatives and workforce transformation across the airside community.
