Job summary

Changi Airports International Pte Ltd seeks a motivated Senior Associate / Assistant Manager, Experience Creation to enhance passenger experiences within the aviation industry. You will develop and execute innovative concepts that elevate the Changi Experience and strengthen the airport's award-winning reputation.

You will manage events from activations to installations, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive business development by selling venue spaces for corporate events.

As a Senior Associate / Assistant Manager, Experience Creation , you will be instrumental in developing and executing innovative concepts that not only wow our passengers but also solidify Changi Airport's reputation as the world's most awarded airport.

Core Responsibilities

• Experience Management & Creation: Work closely with the manager and a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders to manage existing facilities and implementnew ideasthat elevate the Changi Experience . You willbe responsible forcreating memorable moments for passengers, ensuring their journey through the airport is seamless and engaging. Planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events, ranging from small-scale activations to large, high-profile installations. This includes managing all logistical aspects, from vendor relationships and budget oversight to on-site coordination.
• Sales and Business Development: Actively sell and manage the booking of venue spaces for corporate events, product launches, and other special functions. You willbe responsible forclient engagement, contract negotiation, and ensuring a smooth and successful event for the client.
• Project Management: Oversee multiple projects from concept to completion. You willbe responsible fordeveloping project timelines,allocatingresources, managing budgets, and ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Overnight Setups: As needed, you willbe requiredto work overnight shifts to manage the setup and takedown of events and installations, ensuring minimal disruption to airport operations and passenger flow.

Job Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and multi-tasking skills.
• Experience in sales or business development , particularly in venue or events space, will be a significant advantage.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and overnight shifts , asrequiredfor event setups and management.
• Candidates with experience in creative fields such as design, marketing, or arts management are highly encouraged to apply.
