Job summary

SCIENTEC CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an HR Advisory & Business Partner to collaborate with senior leaders across clusters, shaping people strategies and delivering HR initiatives.

You will advise on employment legislation, talent management, performance, recruitment, manpower planning, rewards, and engagement while partnering with Centres of Excellence and Shared Services on implementation and operations.

Qualifications

• Singaporean only
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in HR business partnering, HR generalist, or HR advisory roles
• Working knowledge of employment legislation and core HR functional areas

Responsibilities

• Provide HR advisory and partner with stakeholders across the full spectrum of HR functions
• Advise on HR policies and procedures, including employment legislation, talent management, performance, recruitment, manpower planning, rewards strategies, and employee engagement
• Collaborate with senior leaders and HR Centres of Excellence on delivery of HR initiatives
• Work with Shared Services on talent search, onboarding/offboarding, and track-based promotion processes

About the Role

Reporting to a Senior HR Business Partner, you'll support stakeholders within one of three clusters, with the scope and complexity of your portfolio shaped by your background and experience.

What You Will Do

HR Advisory & Business Partnering

• Support stakeholders across the full spectrum of HR functions
• Provide advice on HR policies and procedures, including employment legislation, talent management, performance management, recruitment, manpower planning, rewards strategies, and employee engagement
• Advise stakeholders on policy changes and collaborate with senior leaders and HR Centres of Excellence on the delivery of HR initiatives

HR Centre of Excellence Partnership

• Partner with HR Centres of Excellence in delivering initiatives such as manpower planning and projection, budget planning, employee engagement surveys, people development programmes, change management plans, and performance management

HR Operations

• Work closely with the Shared Services team on talent search and the appointment, re-appointment, and re-employment of staff on a timely basis
• Support onboarding and offboarding matters
• Plan and manage promotion and tenure exercises, including relevant track-based promotion processes

What We Are Looking For

• Singaporean only
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in HR business partnering, HR generalist, or HR advisory roles
• Working knowledge of employment legislation and core HR functional areas
• Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders
