Job summary

SCIENTEC CONSULTING PTE. LTD. invites applications for an HR Executive to provide administrative and operational support to HR Business Partners in Singapore. You will collaborate with academic and administrative stakeholders and help execute people strategies.

You will assist HRBP across talent management, performance management, recruitment, and onboarding/offboarding, while maintaining accurate HR records and supporting data management initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in HR operations, HR business partnering, or a generalist HR role.
• Familiarity with talent management, performance management, and recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR Business Partners across HR operations including talent management, performance management, recruitment, manpower planning, rewards strategies, and employee engagement.
• Collaborate with the Shared Services team on appointment, re-appointment, and re-employment of staff.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding to ensure smooth transitions for all employees.

About the Role

We're looking for an HR Executive to provide administrative and operational support to HR Business Partners.

You'll collaborate with academic and administrative stakeholders, partner with senior leaders, and work closely with HR Centres of Excellence to help execute key people strategies.

What You Will Do

HR Business Partnering

• Assist HR Business Partners across a variety of HR operations, including talent management, performance management, recruitment, manpower planning, rewards strategies, and employee engagement.
• Collaborate with the Shared Services team on the timely appointment, re-appointment, and re-employment of staff.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for all employees.

HR Data & Records Management

• Maintain accurate HR records and support HR data management

Projects & Initiatives

• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organisational objectives

What We Are Looking For

• Singaporean Only
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in HR operations, HR business partnering, or a generalist HR role preferred
• Familiarity with talent management, performance management, and recruitment processes
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in handling HR records and data
