Job summary

SCIENTEC CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR Executive to provide administrative and operational support to HR Business Partners, collaborating with academic and administrative stakeholders and working with senior leaders to help execute people strategies.

You will assist HR Business Partners across talent management, performance management, recruitment, onboarding, and data management, ensuring accurate records and timely delivery of HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience in HR operations, HR business partnering, or a generalist HR role preferred.
• Familiarity with talent management, performance management, and recruitment processes.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in handling HR records and data.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Shared Services team on the timely appointment, re-appointment, and re-employment of staff.

• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organisational objectives.

About the Role

What You Will Do

• Assist HR Business Partners across a variety of HR operations, including talent management, performance management, recruitment, manpower planning, rewards strategies, and employee engagement.
• Collaborate with the Shared Services team on the timely appointment, re-appointment, and re-employment of staff.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for all employees.

HR Data & Records Management

• Maintain accurate HR records and support HR data management

Projects & Initiatives

• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organisational objectives

What We Are Looking For

• Singaporean Only
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in HR operations, HR business partnering, or a generalist HR role preferred
• Familiarity with talent management, performance management, and recruitment processes
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in handling HR records and data
