Search Index Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced HR leader to drive the organisation’s people agenda and develop a high-performing, future-ready workforce. Reporting to the Senior Human Resource Vice President, you will partner with senior management and business leaders to shape and execute people strategies.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role with broad HR expertise.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR best practices.

The Role

We are looking for a strategic and experienced HR leader to drive the organisation’s people agenda and support the development of a high-performing, future-ready workforce.

Reporting to the Senior Human Resource Vice President, you will be a key member of the HR leadership team, partnering with senior management and business leaders to shape and execute people strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall HR strategy, covering talent acquisition, retention, talent management and workforce development.

• Drive succession planning, leadership development and career development initiatives.

• Champion employee engagement, culture and employee experience across the organisation.
