Job summary

A-STAR TESTING & INSPECTION (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior construction professional in Singapore to lead risk-aware project coordination on large-scale building projects.

You will interpret technical drawings, review specs, and drive data-backed decisions using BIM and EDMS tools. You will synthesize data from Common Data Environment, EDMS, and Primavera P6 to identify coordination risks, coordinate with stakeholders, and deliver timely handovers while maintaining high standards and

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant construction experience on large-scale building projects.
• Architectural degree recognized by the Board of Architects.
• Experience delivering construction and handover stages.
• Synthesize data from CDE/EDMS/Primavera P6 to identify coordination risks.
• Interpret technical drawings, specifications and requirements.
• Proficient in BIM navigation and EDMS such as Bentley ProjectWise.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills with stakeholders.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills and ability to prepare data-driven dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead project coordination to mitigate risks across stakeholders.
• Review drawings, specs, RFIs/RFAs and status updates.
• Develop executive-level presentations and dashboards.

Job description

Key Requirements:

• a. Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in construction for large scale building project.
• b. Possess an Architectural degree recognized by the Board of Architects
• b. Successfully completed at least two projects at the construction and handover stages.
• c. Self-motivated, driven and possess good analytical skills as well as able to synthesize data from Common Data Environment /EDMS/Primavera P6 to identify project coordination risks.
• d. Able to interpret technical drawings, specifications and requirements.
• e. Proficient in navigating BIM models and approved Electronic Document Management System (EDMS such as Bentley ProjectWise) to review technical drawings, specifications, RFI/RFA
• (Request for Information/Approval) and other project related statuses.
• f. Able to work independently, a strong team player and capable of handling fast-paced projects.
• g. Good interpersonal, writtenand verbal communication skills, enabling collaboration with stakeholders across all levels.
• h. Strong negotiation, conflict management, and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate with CLIENT, and other stakeholders.
• i.Advanced knowledge of MicrosoftOffice, with the ability to interpret data-driven dashboards (Power BI) and to prepare executive-level presentations
