Job summary

ONION SEARCH PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated Architect BIM Modeller to join our construction-focused team.

You will work closely with BIM Modellers in design and coordination, ensuring accurate shop drawings and approvals. You will read and interpret construction drawings, supervise site progress, and coordinate with consultants and subcontractors to keep projects on track. Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture with minimum 2 years’ relevant building project experience.
• Able to read and understand construction drawings.
• Meticulous, highly motivated and independent with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BIM Modellers for design and coordination.
• Prepare construction drawings, including shop drawings submissions and approvals.

Our client is in construction industry (Grade A1 Contractor/ Class 1 GeneralBuilder) and they provide full suite of integrated construction services and solutions in both the public and private sectors.

JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)

• Work closely with a team of BIM Modellers in the design and coordination works.
• Responsible for preparing construction drawings including shop drawings submissions and approvals.
• Supervise work progress on site, and liaise closely with consultants, sub-contractors and operation teams.

REQUIREMENT

• Degree in Architecture with minimum 2 years’ relevant experience with building project experience
• Be able to read and understand construction drawings.
• Be meticulous, highly motivated and independent with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills.
