Job summary

WIDE WINGS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced architect to lead complex civil and infrastructure projects from design through handover.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in architecture, strong project management, BIM proficiency, and ability to coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams across fast-paced projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience as an architectural professional, including 5+ years on projects of similar scale and complexity.
• Degree in architecture or recognized degree by BOA Singapore or equivalent accreditation acceptable to OIC.
• Completed at least one project through construction and handover stages.
• Strong background in project management and site coordination on large civil/infrastructure projects.
• Ability to synthesize data from CDE/EDMS/Primavera P6 to identify coordination risks.
• Able to interpret technical drawings, specs and project requirements; proficient in BIM and EDMS tools.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a fast-paced project team.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders and presentations.
• Strong negotiation, conflict management and presentation skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to interpret dashboards (Power BI) for executives.

Job description

• Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience as anarchitectural profession, including at least 5 years on projects of similarscale and complexity, particularly major buildings construction works and deepexcavation. Relevant experience including design work
• Possess a degree in architecture or recognized degree inthe relevant field by the BOA of Singapore or possess an equivalent recognisedaccreditation acceptable to the OIC
• Successfully completed at least one (1) project throughthe construction and handover stages
• Strong technical background with experience in projectmanagement and site coordination, preferably in large scale civil andinfrastructure work and multi-disciplinary construction projects
• Self-motivated, driven and possess good analytical skillsas well as able to synthesize data from Common Data Environment /EDMS/PrimaveraP6 to identify project coordination risks
• Able to understand and interpret technical drawings,specifications and project requirements. Proficient in navigating BIM modelsand using approved Electronic Document Management System (EDMS such as BentleyProjectWise) to review technical drawings, specifications, RFI/RFA (Request forInformation/Approval) and other project related documents.
• Able to work independently, a strong team player andcapable of handling fast-paced projects
• Good interpersonal, written and verbal communicationskills for collaboration with stakeholders across all levels and have goodpresentation skills
• Strong negotiation, conflict management, and presentationskills, with the ability to collaborate with CAG, and other stakeholders
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, with the abilityto interpret datadriven dashboards (Power BI) and to prepare executive-levelpresentations
