Job summary

JCVL PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly experienced architect-led project leader to direct large-scale building construction projects. You will synthesize data, interpret complex drawings and specifications, and drive coordination across teams using BIM, EDMS, and Primavera P6.

The role requires an architectural degree, 10+ years of relevant experience, and a track record of delivering projects from construction through handover. Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Architectural degree recognized by the Board of Architects.
• 10+ years of experience in construction for large-scale building projects.
• Completed at least two projects through construction and handover.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize data from CDE/EDMS/Primavera P6 to identify and mitigate coordination risks.
• Interpret drawings, specs, and project requirements for accurate execution.
• Review BIM models and EDMS to review technical documents, RFIs/RFAs, and project statuses.
• Manage fast-paced construction projects both independently and in teams.
• Communicate clearly in writing and verbally with stakeholders at all levels.
• Negotiate and manage conflicts with stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and interpret data-driven dashboards (Power BI).

Job Summary

Lead and coordinate large-scale building construction projects through all stages, applying architectural expertise and advanced project management skills to identify risks, interpret technical data, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize data from Common Data Environment, EDMS, and Primavera P6 to identify and mitigate project coordination risks.
• Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements to ensure accurate execution.
• Navigate BIM models and approved Electronic Document Management Systems (e.g., Bentley ProjectWise) to review technical documents, RFIs/RFAs, and project statuses.
• Work independently and collaboratively within teams to manage fast-paced construction projects effectively.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in writing and verbally to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Negotiate and manage conflicts with stakeholders including CAG to achieve project objectives.
• Prepare executive-level presentations using advanced Microsoft Office skills and interpret data-driven dashboards such as Power BI.

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess an Architectural degree recognized by the Board of Architects.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in construction for large-scale building projects.
• Successfully completed at least two projects through construction and handover stages.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to synthesize complex project data for risk identification.
• Proficiency in using BIM models and EDMS for project review.
• Advanced presentation skills for executive communication.
