Job summary

L.S. CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking an Architectural Coordinator to review drawings and provisions for all architectural works and coordinate all sub-contractors on condo and commercial projects.

You will ensure compliance with authorities, support the Quantity Surveyor in measuring work, and oversee safe procedures and environmental controls at the site. A Diploma/Degree in Architecture and at least 2 years' experience are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree in Architectural or its equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Condo/Commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• To check all drawings and provisions pertaining to Architectural works
• Co-ordinate all Architectural sub-contractors' work
• Ensure and check all Architectural works conform to relevant authorities requirements
• Assist Quantity Surveyor in measuring work done
• Co-ordinate for the commissioning and testing of all Architectural works. Identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work processes, minimize environmental impact associated with the construction activities
• Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the work site
