Job summary

WANG FENG DEVELOPMENT PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an architect with 3+ years of relevant experience to verify and coordinate architectural and construction drawings. The role involves collaborating with subcontractors, attending progress meetings, and ensuring drawings align with specifications and site progress.

The candidate should be able to interpret complex drawings, coordinate with site teams and consultants, and perform ad hoc duties as required to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture with minimum 3 years’ relevant experience with a main construction firm.
• Strong ability in interpretation of construction drawings.
• Meticulous and highly motivated, good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform cross checking between architectural drawings & construction drawings for discrepencies and highlight to Project Manager
• Liaise with subcontractors on their works in accordance to design specification and regulations
• Attend progress meeting to assist Project Manager in technical and drawing issues
• Monitor and supervise architectural submissions to ensure smooth and timely delivery according to site progress
• Coordinate with site team and consultants to resolve design discrepencies and issues
• Attend site inspection to ensure works conform to drawing specifications
• Perform all other ad hoc duties as assigned
