Job summary

WELLTECH CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking a Construction Site Engineer to report to the Project Manager for arranging site work and to coordinate all architectural works on site. The role requires monitoring subcontractors, coordinating inspections with Resident Engineer and Clerk of Works, and addressing technical problems on site.

Candidates should have a Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Building Architecture, at least 3 years local residential project experience, BCSS certificate,

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Civil Engineering or Building Architecture is required.
• Minimum 3 years local experience in residential building projects.
• BCSS certificate is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Singapore building codes and regulations.
• Familiar with BCA CONQUAS and Quality Marks and safety aspects.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Project Manager for arrangement of site work.
• Coordinate and oversee all architectural works on site.
• Monitor and coordinate the works of subcontractors.
• Coordinate inspection works by Resident Engineer and Clerk of Works.
• Handle technical and engineering problems on site.
• Plan, program and monitor work progress on site.
• Liaise with client's representative, authorities and consultants for the execution of work.
• Ensure site safety and carry out safe work procedures to control risk.

Skills

• Minimum 3 year of local working experience in residential building projects
• BCSS certificate is a must.

• Familiar with BCA CONQUAS and Quality Marks assessment and Safety aspects in the construction industry
