GRANDTECH CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. seeks a Building Architect with a Diploma/Degree in Building Architecture to lead on-site architectural coordination for residential projects in Singapore.

You will report to the Project Manager/Site Manager and oversee architectural works, monitor subcontractors, and liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. The role emphasizes planning, progress monitoring, safety, and resolving technical issues, with coordination of inspections by Resident Engineer

Qualifikationen

• Diploma/degree in Building Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 2 years local experience in residential building projects.

• Coordinate and oversee architectural works on site.
• Monitor and coordinate subcontractors' works.
• Coordinate inspections by Resident Engineer and Clerk of Works; handle technical issues on site.

• Liaise with client’s representative, relevant authorities and consultants for the execution of work.
• Ensure site safety and carry out safe work procedures to control risk.
