Job summary

GRANDTECH CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Architect who will report to the Project Manager/Site Manager to coordinate and oversee all architectural works on site.

You will monitor subcontractors, manage inspections by Resident Engineer and Clerk of Works, and address technical challenges on site. You will be responsible for planning, programming and monitoring work progress, liaising with client representatives and authorities, and ensuring safe work procedures to control risk on

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Building Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 3 years of local working experience in residential building projects.
