Job summary

GRANDTECH CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an on-site professional to coordinate architectural works and support the Project Manager. You will ensure seamless execution of residential building projects, monitor progress and liaise with subcontractors, clients, and authorities.

The role emphasizes site safety, problem solving, and timely planning of activities, with responsibilities to supervise inspections and manage day-to-day site operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Building Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 1 year of local working experience in residential building projects.
• Familiar with BCA CONQUAS and Quality Marks assessment and Safety aspects in the construction industry.
