Job summary

WELLTECH CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Site Coordinator with a diploma or degree in Building Architecture to join our on-site team. You will report to the Project Manager and coordinate all architectural works on residential projects, ensuring progress and compliance.

You will supervise subcontractors, coordinate inspections with Resident Engineers, and liaise with clients, authorities and consultants while maintaining safety on site and addressing technical challenges promptly.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Building Architecture is required.
• Minimum 1 year of local working experience in residential building projects is preferred.
• Familiar with BCA CONQUAS and Quality Marks assessment and safety aspects.
