Job summary

GREAT RESOURCES M & E CONTRACTOR PTE LTD is seeking a Site Engineer to support project delivery on residential building sites in Singapore. You will report to the Project Manager / Site Manager for arranging site work, coordinating structural and architectural activities, and liaising with suppliers and authorities.

The role requires a Diploma in Civil Engineering or Building Architecture and at least 3 years of experience in residential projects, with familiarity with BCA CONQUAS and safety

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in residential building projects.
• Familiar with BCA CONQUAS and Safety aspects in the construction industry.

• Monitor and coordinate the works with subcontractors and handling suppliers and sub-contractors problem on site.

• Liaison with client's representative, relevant authorities and consultants for the execution of work.
• Ensure site safety and carry out safe work procedures to control risk.
