WANG FENG DEVELOPMENT PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an Architect with at least 3 years of experience in a main construction firm. The role focuses on cross-checking drawings, coordinating with subcontractors, and resolving design issues on site.

The candidate will attend progress meetings, monitor submissions and ensure works comply with drawings and regulations, contributing to timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Candidate has a recognized architecture degree with practical site experience.
• Strong ability to interpret and cross-check construction drawings.
• Meticulous, motivated and good communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Cross-check architectural and construction drawings for discrepancies and notify the Project Manager.
• Liaise with subcontractors to ensure works meet design specs and regulations.
• Attend progress meetings to support the Project Manager with technical and drawing issues.
• Monitor architectural submissions to ensure timely delivery with site progress.
• Coordinate with site team and consultants to resolve design discrepancies.
• Attend site inspections to verify works conform to drawings.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform cross checking between architectural drawings & construction drawings for discrepencies and highlight to Project Manager
• Liaise with subcontractors on their works in accordance to design specification and regulations
• Attend progress meeting to assist Project Manager in technical and drawing issues
• Monitor and supervise architectural submissions to ensure smooth and timely delivery according to site progress
• Coordinate with site team and consultants to resolve design discrepencies and issues
• Attend site inspection to ensure works conform to drawing specifications
• Perform all other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture with minimum 3 years’ relevant experience with a main construction firm.
• Strong ability in interpretation of construction drawings
• Meticulous and highly motivated, good interpersonal skills
