Job summary
ST Logistics Pte Ltd seeks a Senior/Executive in Accounts Receivable to support the finance team with billing, data compilation and month-end close for audit readiness.
You will work with ERP systems (System Freight, SAP Hana), drive process improvements, and participate in automation and UAT for billing workflows.
A Diploma/ Degree in Business or Finance is required; experience in freight billing and high-volume transactions is advantageous.
Qualifications
- Diploma/ Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information systems or a related discipline.
- Experience with freight forwarding, billing, automation or system implementation welcomed.
- Familiar with ERP such as System Freight and SAP Hana.
- Able to handle high-volume transactions under tight reporting deadlines.
- Proficiency in digital projects is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform timely and accurate billing for Freight shipments.
- Support timely month-end billing closure and monthly reports.
- Monitor billing accuracy, outstanding jobs and KPIs.
- Contribute to digitalisation, AI projects and system enhancements.
- Support automated billing for Freight.
- Assist in automated checks between shipment data, customer rates and documents.
- Identify activities suitable for automation or testing.
- Participate in testing automation solutions and perform UAT.
- Validate system-generated billing recommendations and investigate exceptions.
- Drive continuous improvement to reduce manual intervention and billing errors.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
