ST Logistics Pte Ltd is seeking a Billing Analyst to handle timely and accurate billing for Freight shipments from its Tuas operations. The role supports month-end closures, monitors billing KPIs, and drives automation for improved accuracy and efficiency. The work location is 60 Pioneer Road, Tuas, with a 8am-5.30pm schedule, Monday to Friday.

Candidates with experience in large-volume transactions and ERP systems (Sys Freight, SAP Hana) are preferred. OT may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform timely and accurate billing for Freight shipments
• Support timely month-end billing closure and preparation of monthly reports
• Monitor billing accuracy, outstanding jobs and other relevant billing KPIs
• Support development and implementation of automated billing for Freight
• Assist in developing automated checks between shipment and billing data
• Identify billing activities suitable for automation and system validation
• Participate in testing of automation solutions and UAT
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce manual intervention and billing errors

Diploma/ Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information systems or a related discipline

Job Responsibilities

• Performtimely and accurate billing for Freight shipments
• Supporttimely month-end billing closure and preparation of monthly reports
• Monitorbilling accuracy, outstanding jobs and other relevant billing KPIs
• Enthusiasm indigitalisation, AI, projects and systemenhancements implementation
• Support thedevelopment and implementation of automated billing for Freight
• Assist indeveloping automated checks between shipment/job information, customer ratetables, quotations and supporting documents
• Identifybilling activities suitable for automation, system validation orexception-based processing
• Participatein testing of automation solutions and system enhancements, includingpreparation of test scenarios and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Validatesystem-generated billing recommendations and investigate exceptions
• Drivecontinuous improvement initiatives to reduce manual intervention, billingerrors and billing turnaround time
• Other ad-hocduties, as assigned

Professional Qualifications & Relevant Experience

• Diploma/ Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information systems or a related discipline
• Candidates with other tertiary qualifications but strong relevant experience in freight forwarding, billing, automation or system implementation will also be considered
• ERP such as Sys Freight and SAP Hana
• Preferred candidate with experience in handling large volume of transaction monthly.
• Able to work in a fast pace environment.
• Able to do OT as and when required.
• Work location at 60 pioneer Road, Tuas
• Work days & hours : Monday - Friday, 8am - 5.30pm
