Job summary

LION & ELEPHANTS CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior L1/L2 Application Support Engineer in Singapore with 5+ years of experience in application/production support. The role focuses on B2C and customer-facing web applications, requiring basic HTTP knowledge and strong incident management skills.

Mandarin speaking is highly preferred and you will guide junior support teams while coordinating with stakeholders and business users to ensure stable production operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in application/production support.
• Experience with B2C / customer-facing applications.
• Experience with eCommerce / digital portals / web applications.
• Basic HTTP / application architecture knowledge.
• Strong stakeholder & business user management.
• Ability to guide junior support teams.
• Mandarin speaking highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• L1/L2 troubleshooting and incident management.
• Support for Adobe Website, Rewards App & WeChat.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and business users.
• Mentor and guide junior support team members.
• Respond to production incidents promptly and efficiently.
