Job summary

Lenovo is seeking an experienced Application Performance Monitoring & Observability Engineer in Singapore to own the health of critical applications. You will instrument and optimize real user monitoring for web and mobile apps, build dashboards, and drive improvements with data-driven decisions.

You will work closely with developers and infrastructure teams, participate in on-call rotations, and contribute to health checks, incident response, and knowledge sharing across the client ecosystem.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Proficiency in full-stack monitoring, observability, logs, metrics, and dashboards.
Experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift), VMs, serverless, and CI/CD tools.
Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP networking, compute, storage, and security.

Responsibilities

Monitor critical applications and observability to ensure performance and availability.
Instrument, configure, and customize real user monitoring for web and mobile apps.
Analyze RUM data and create dashboards, alerts, and KPIs.
Collaborate with developers and infra teams for end-to-end performance tuning and incident response.
