Job summary

Lenovo is seeking an experienced Data Centre Operations Engineer in Singapore to support 24x7 infrastructure services. You will monitor systems, respond to incidents, and perform routine maintenance to ensure high availability.

Qualified candidates have 1+ year in data centre operations, a related certification, and 3+ years in application helpdesk support. You will document incidents and SOPs, coordinate with vendors, and participate in rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year hands-on data centre operations experience with monitoring and incident response.
• 3+ years in Application Helpdesk Support, resolving software issues and ensuring user satisfaction.
• Certification in Data Centre Facilities Operations or equivalent.
• Experience with monitoring tools, ticketing systems, and ITIL processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular health checks and coordinate preventive maintenance.
• Respond to infrastructure alerts and coordinate resolutions with cross-functional teams.
• Document incidents, solutions, and SOPs to maintain knowledge base.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure service continuity.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays for 24x7 operations.
