Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our Tax Product Sales team in Singapore. You’ll drive revenue for Stripe Tax across APAC, engaging with C-suite and technical stakeholders to tailor solutions and expand our footprint in new markets.

You’ll collaborate with product, marketing, engineering, and customer success to define and execute go-to-market strategies, while staying ahead of indirect tax trends and regulatory changes to help customers grow responsibly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales or prospecting experience at a technology company.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
• Experience selling Tax solutions or financial software.
• Owning a direct sales quota with closing experience.
• Strong collaboration and self-starter mentality.
• Excellent presentation skills for multi-stakeholder meetings.
• Ability to navigate complex negotiations and bespoke agreements.
• Ability to understand complex technical requirements and craft cross-stakeholder solutions.
• Willingness to travel across APAC.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and new client acquisition for Stripe Tax in APAC.
• Lead discussions with large existing and prospective customers in APAC.
• Contribute to go-to-market playbooks with cross-functional teams.
• Articulate Stripe Tax value to technical, financial, partners, and execs.
• Develop understanding of global indirect tax requirements.
• Build and maintain client relationships and guide implementations.
• Collaborate with product, partnerships, engineering, marketing, and CS teams.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in data and reporting.
