Job summary

Stripe is seeking a strategic leader to drive Global Product Strategy & Operations in Singapore. You will work cross-functionally with technical and user-facing teams to solve problems, accelerate growth, and shape the APAC product roadmap.

The role requires guiding complex, high-impact initiatives, partnering with senior leaders, and delivering data-driven recommendations across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, or analytical roles at a tech company or management consulting.
• Ability to add structure to ambiguous problems and distill findings into actionable recommendations.
• Ability to understand complex, technical products and articulate their value to non-technical audiences.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work on cross-cutting strategy projects and collaborate with teams to implement changes.
• Partner directly with senior leaders and cross functional teams to accelerate progress and incubate new programs.
• Drive analysis and research to inform growth decisions for global products, including local payment methods.
• Shape the product roadmap for Stripe’s APAC business through competitive intel and user insights.
• Advise Product, Engineering, GTM & cross-functional leadership on resource deployment to maximize long-term value.
• Partner with Finance to drive planning processes, budgets, OKRs and operational plans.
• Maintain a pulse on APAC financial health and develop action plans to improve metrics.
