Job summary

Stripe is seeking an Account Executive for Crypto/Stablecoins to drive growth of our stablecoin solutions across APAC. You will work with product, engineering, marketing, and GTM teams to master product and industry knowledge and manage complex deals.

You are a sales leader comfortable with technical dialogues, executive stakeholders, and a proactive, organized approach. This role is based in Singapore with in-office expectations and opportunities to shape Stripe's crypto roadmap.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of customer-facing experience at a leading technology or payments company.
• Experience establishing trusted advisory relationships with senior leaders.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners.
• Autonomous, proactive approach to driving business outcomes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical requirements into solutions for multiple stakeholders.
• Proven experience leading complex negotiations with customized commercial agreements.
• Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• True team player and enablement of Stripe Crypto products across Stripe.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth, expand stablecoin adoption across APAC including SMBs and startups.
• Develop and execute a territory plan to build a qualified stablecoin pipeline.
• Cultivate executive relationships and lead discussions with current and potential customers.
• Understand the sales process and competitors; be a Stripe Crypto product expert internally and for customers.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to feed customer feedback into the roadmap.
• Contribute to go-to-market strategies with product, marketing, and technical teams.
• Tailor Stripe solutions to meet customer needs across APAC.
