Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Business Development, Customer Success, or Account Management related to recruitment advertising, media, or talent marketplaces.
• 6+ years of experience in APAC markets (Southeast Asia and Japan)
• BA/BS degree or equivalent in a related field

Responsibilities

• Support LinkedIn’s business objectives through partners in APAC and identify opportunities for revenue and performance improvement.
• Develop relationships at all levels with existing and new partners to pursue mutually valuable opportunities aligned to LinkedIn’s regional ambitions.
• Enable and encourage partners to drive incremental revenue and support customers’ success.
• Develop a strong understanding of market developments based on insights from partners and align with internal senior stakeholders.
