Job summary

Choose 2 Rent Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to drive growth across Singapore and the APAC region.

You will develop new business opportunities, manage client relationships, prepare proposals and quotations, and collaborate with operations and client service teams to deliver event technology solutions. The ideal candidate brings at least 4 years of B2B sales experience, is highly persuasive, and can navigate complex sales cycles with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
• Experience managing full sales cycle and developing new business.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Commercially minded with ability to translate client requirements into solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Confident communicating with senior decision-makers.
• Experience with CRM systems and maintaining a sales pipeline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail on quotations, pricing, and client requirements.
• Self-motivated, proactive, target-oriented, and able to work independently or in a regional team.
• APAC events, exhibitions, MICE, or event tech experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within Singapore and APAC.
• Prospect and engage potential clients including agencies, organisers, corporations, venues, associations, and partners.
• Build and maintain relationships to drive repeat business.
• Understand client event requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Manage full sales cycle from enquiry to post-event follow-up.
• Prepare accurate quotations and proposals based on client needs.
• Follow up on enquiries and opportunities to drive revenue.
• Maintain CRM records of leads, opportunities, and communications.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and activity reports to management.
• Coordinate with Client Services, Operations, Logistics, Fulfillment, and Accounting.
• Develop understanding of equipment, services, pricing, and processes.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, product demos, and site visits.
• Attend exhibitions and events to generate new business.
• Monitor market and competitor activity for opportunities.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities with existing clients.
• Support partnerships and key accounts across APAC.
• Contribute to sales targets while upholding customer service.
