Recruit Haus Pte Ltd, in partnership with its client, is seeking two energetic sales and events professionals in Singapore. The role blends sales support, corporate client servicing, administration and event coordination.

Depending on strengths, you may focus more on sales with commission or on sales administration and events support. Ideal candidates are proactive, reliable and comfortable working across corporate and hospitality environments, with strong communication and team collaboration

Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, proactive and comfortable multitasking.
• Confident interacting with clients from different industries.
• Experience in sales, customer service, events, hospitality or sales administration.
• Stronger B2B/corporate sales experience may be considered for commission.

Responsibilities

• Handle corporate/client enquiries and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, proposals and invoices.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate and private clients.
• Coordinate orders, deliveries and customised requirements.
• Liaise with warehouse, logistics, suppliers and internal teams.
• Support the planning and execution of corporate/private events.
• Assist with event setup, guest engagement and on-site operations.
• Coordinate stock movement, displays and event materials.
• Maintain sales records and assist with post-event documentation.
• Support other sales, marketing and operational activities as required.
