Allianz Insurance Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and advocacy across APAC.

You will lead CX strategy, analytics, digital engagement, content, and events to improve journeys and strengthen loyalty across diverse markets. The role requires strong customer experience expertise, analytical skills, and cross-functional collaboration with local market teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Data Analytics or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in customer experience, marketing, analytics, or related roles, preferably in financial services/insurance.
• Experience managing regional programmes across APAC in a matrix organisation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead CX strategy and end-to-end customer journeys across APAC to boost satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage customer analytics programmes (NPS, feedback, CRM reporting) to drive decisions.
• Develop and execute digital engagement, content, and events to strengthen brand and customer experience.
• Coordinate regional CX initiatives with local markets and stakeholders, with regular reporting.
