People Profilers (Services) PTE. LTD. seeks a senior business development professional to build and run a qualified APAC pipeline across exchanges, asset managers, funds, banks and other financial firms.

You will lead the early to mid sales cycle, coordinating with the US team for pricing and closing while developing regional partnerships and handling RFPs with Product, Legal and Compliance. The role requires extensive travel across APAC.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business development or enterprise sales.
• Experience with complex multi-stakeholder B2B deals.
• Knowledge of digital asset markets, funds, banks.
• Established APAC financial networks.
• Strong English communication; additional regional languages advantageous.
• Willingness to extensive travel.

Responsabilités

• Build and run a qualified APAC pipeline across exchanges, asset managers, funds, and banks.
• Lead the early to mid sales cycle; hand qualified opportunities to the US sales team.
• Develop strategic partnerships with data distributors, auditors and industry bodies in the region.
• Respond to RFPs and due-diligence questionnaires with Product, Legal and Compliance.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecast and account data in the CRM, and report weekly to the Head of Sales.
• Represent Company at industry events, roundtables and client meetings in Singapore and across the region.
• Feed market and competitor intelligence back to Product and leadership.
